THE POSITION


The Client Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day business operations of the firm, ensuring processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and internal teams have the resources they need to deliver exceptional service to clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.


Operations Coordinator should comfortable communicating with partners at various levels within RGP and with clients, including executives. Coordinators may assist with performing research to address errors and improve processes. They display a proficient level of process knowledge and business acumen that they leverage to build and maintain positive partnerships.
