Job Description

We are looking for a Business Operations & Reporting Analyst to support activities split between Business Unit operations and transversal platform initiatives, combining reporting, process automation, coordination, and operational support.
This role requires strong organizational skills, a data-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Management
Support Relationship Managers in the preparation of business presentations and datasets
Extract and prepare data files for Power BI dashboards
Update, format, and maintain Power BI reports
Manage and update reference data (including Smartsheet)
Perform reconciliations between multiple tools and data sources
Operations & Coordination
Support onboarding processes for new joiners (documentation, signatures, secure document sharing)
Manage billing-related activities
