Business Operations Manager

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of MultiplyMii’s operational systems and data architecture. Reporting to the COO, you act as a strategic partner to the various departments, proactively engaging with team members to identify friction points and simplify their daily workflows. You will join a highly collaborative and experienced BizOps team, where you will work alongside other specialists to share insights, solve complex cross-functional challenges, and ensure a unified approach to our global infrastructure.

Your primary focus is to own the full project lifecycle—from requirement gathering and discovery to technical execution, team training, and change management—ensuring our tech stack provides an accurate Source of Truth while significantly reducing administrative burden for the team.
