As Qualcomm launches its new Engineering and Design site in Mexico, we are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Operations Manager to support the growth and integration of the local team. This role will be key in shaping the site's culture, facilitating internal communication, supporting onboarding, and ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to local needs.
You will act as a bridge between site leadership and global teams, helping to create a cohesive, high-performing, and inclusive environment.
