Job Description

We are looking for a Business Operations & Reporting Analyst to support activities split between Business Unit operations and transversal platform initiatives, combining reporting, process automation, coordination, and operational support.

This role requires strong organizational skills, a data-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders in an international environment.


Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Management

  • Support Relationship Managers in the preparation of business presentations and datasets
  • Extract and prepare data files for Power BI dashboards
  • Update, format, and maintain Power BI reports
  • Manage and update reference data (including Smartsheet)
  • Perform reconciliations between multiple tools and data sources


Operations & Coordination

  • Support onboarding processes for new joiners (documentation, signatures,...
