Responsibilities
As a business operations risk manager, you identify, assess, monitor, and reduce front-line operational risks from business activities, processes, systems, and external events. You collaborate closely with RIS senior management, leaders in India and the US, and other risk teams across PGS and Principal Financial Group. Together, you ensure the operational risk framework matches the organization's strategic goals and risk tolerance.
