We are building a high-performing operations team and seeking a Business Operations Specialist to be a foundational member. You will serve as the connective tissue of our organisation - not just maintaining systems, but actively building the infrastructure that fuels our growth.
This is a high-impact role designed for an analytical strategist who thrives at the intersection of technical automation and human change management. You won't just suggest improvements; you will work on the end-to-end project lifecycle: from executing the technical builds and, crucially, leading the organisational change required for adoption. You will have significant autonomy to own our core systems while proving the ROI of efficiency gains to leadership.
