Typical task breakdown: - Monitor asset inventory levels to input into order plan using PowerBI or ServiceNow - Collaborate with operations team to understand inventory and consumption - Procure hardware as needed (at minimum monthly) - Issue and receive purchase orders for hardware, vending, print, and supplies for team - Collaborate on forecast, then report actuals against plan - Monitor IT vending machine consumption and place orders to replenish - Meet with business resources monthly to review spend/plan - Submit capital spend requests and audit the assets ensuring they're placed in service Interaction with team: - Work environment: - In office 5 days/week - East Peoria AD building Education & Experience Required: - No degree is required but preferred. - 7 yearsβ experience in Procuring/inventory management and build Room. Required Technical Skills (Required) - MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS OneNote, MS Copilot Experience working with one of these tools: - ServiceNow tool use/exposure - NextGen Coupa (Purchase Orders) - Apptio (budget management) - Guided Buy (Purchasing) - PowerBI (reporting non-developer) Soft Skills (Required) - Self Starter/ Self motivator
