The Role:
You will be responsible for :
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence in Malaysia’s recruitment sector.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new recruitment agencies as clients for our SaaS product.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, and networking sessions.
- Collaborate with the internal product and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation.
- Provide market feedback to help enhance product features and competitiveness.
- This is a *profit-sharing based partnership* role. The selected partner will receive a percentage of revenue/profit generated from clients acquired and managed.
