What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a key role in delivering full-cycle recruitment support. This is a strategic position focused on attracting top talent, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and driving creative sourcing solutions. 

What You’ll Do Here:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for all open roles across Aecon's Utilities division. This includes sourcing, screening resumes, conducting telephone screens, interviewing, reference checks, and composing and extending job offers

• Identify strategies and sourcing channels to build a pipeline of candidates for assigned portfolio

• Establish connections, maintain and leverage a professional online and social media presence, and prospect talent through your network
