This role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights that improve user experience, conversions, and recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the impact of personalization initiatives on key user and business metrics
• Deliver actionable insights from affiliate performance data to drive conversion and revenue growth
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize affiliate offers, landing pages, and user journeys
• Develop customer segmentation and attribution models to evaluate campaign effectiveness
