We're looking for a commercially minded, data-driven professional who can turn business data into clear insight and action.
This role is not about producing reports. It's about using data to inform decisions, challenge assumptions, and help the business scale sustainably. You don't need to come from a finance background — but you must be someone who has used data analysis in real business scenarios to drive measurable outcomes.
You will connect sales, delivery, financial and people metrics into a coherent performance narrative, giving leadership visibility into how growth, execution and capacity link to business goals.
