Our client, a company within a major banking group, is seeking a Business Planning & Strategy Manager to join their expanding team in the FinTech industry. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the FP&A manager and sales director, focusing on strategic analysis and process design to support data-driven management decisions. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop medium- to long-term business plans with FP&A manager

- Design sales incentives to maximize team performance

- Lead cross-company projects to enhance organizational productivity

- Optimize CRM processes for accurate data management

- Monitor sales progress and recommend improvements

- Coordinate with sales director for accurate forecasting

- Ensure data consistency across departments using HubSpot

Qualifications:

- 3+ years in sales, business operations, or corporate planning

- Advanced data analysis skills using Google Spreadsheet/Excel

- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce

- Fluent in Japanese (mandatory)

- Experience in KPI management and business planning in SaaS

- Strong project management skills
