The Automation & Connected Living (ACL) sector at TE Connectivity is part of the Industrial Solutions segment and brings together businesses with strong product and go-to-market synergies to drive growth. ACL includes Industrial Automation & Electrification, Connected Living Solutions (Appliances), Precision Technology Solutions, and Channel, and is designed to capitalize on major megatrends such as automation, electrification, urbanization, and digitalization. The sector focuses on serving markets like industrial equipment, residential and commercial buildings, home appliances, and smart cities, while leveraging the Channel’s distributor-led model to expand reach and accelerate growth.

**Job Requirements**



• Develop, standardize, and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual procurement performance reporting using SAP data and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

• Analyze key procurement KPIs, operational metrics, and trends to support fact-based decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Review, measure, and evaluate end-to-end procurement processes enabled by ERP and sourcing systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba or similar), identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and system utilization.

• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives by streamlining workflows, improving data quality, and enabling best practices across procurement operations.

• Evaluate business requirements, internal workflows, and system capabilities through quantitative and qualitative analysis to support process enhancements and solution development.

• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations for procurement leadership and key stakeholders.

• Support internal and external audits by ensuring procurement processes, controls, master data, and reporting within SAP and related systems meet compliance and governance requirements.

• Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT, and data teams to enhance system adoption, reporting automation, and integration between procurement and financial systems.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and system-related work instructions



**Desired Candidate Profile:**



QUALIFICATION / EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or local equivalent).

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, business process analysis, or operational excellence.

• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (SAP S4 HANA preferred) and procurement-related data and reporting.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Strong analytical skills with experience extracting, analyzing, and validating data from SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics platforms.

• Experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar preferred).

• Ability to translate technical and data-driven insights into clear business recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a matrixed, global environment.

• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, governance, and compliance
