Business Process Analyst – Inbound & ProcurementRole Overview

The Business Process Analyst for Inbound & Procurement is responsible for ensuring efficient, transparent, and optimized parts procurement and inbound logistics operations within the MS Dynamics –based SMS ERP solution. The role bridges business operations, suppliers, and IT to enhance purchase order management, inbound delivery visibility, and goods receipt accuracy across the automotive logistics domain.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze inbound procurement transactions and supplier delivery adherence in MS Dynamics .

Providing first-line analysis of issues, coordinating resolution with IT and consultants.

Gathering, documenting, and prioritizing enhancement requests from business stakeholders.

Collaborating with Global Governance Owners to align solution changes with global process standards.

Testing and validating changes (UAT, data checks) before release.

Creating and maintaining process documentation, test cases, and training materials.

Supporting training, onboarding, and adoption of the SMS solution by end users.

Contributing business input to continuous improvement and roadmap discussions.

 Must Have Skills

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in ERP-driven automotive logistics processes, with hands-on expertise in MS Dynamics .
