Business Process Analyst

The Business Process Analyst will work with senior staff members to define
end-to-end assessment lifecycle across the five faculties to understand opportunities and inefficiencies, that will translate into program requirements, tangible business analysis artefacts, solutions to achieve the desired outcomes and the benefits that will be realised.

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for understanding the business problem that needs to be solved, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, analysing data, and providing strategic recommendations to improve processes and achieve business goals.
