TheDriveGroup has partnered with a large Australian brand who are currently embarking on a huge Payroll Transformation. This will be a 2-3 year program of work where they are looking for 2 x Process Analyst who are able to join the team, to analyse, and redesign end-to-end business processes within large complex transformations. To be successful you MUST HAVE: 3-5 years Business Process Analyst HR/ Payroll program experienceConducting Workshop and trainingManaging Process transitions and driving adoptionWaterfall/ AgileStrong Stakeholder Management Experience There is a quick two stage interview process via Video call and face-to-face where you will be working for this household name on a 6month rolling contract. There will be 3 days required from the office and two days from home. A background check will need to be successfully completed.
