Experience:
- Experience embedding within operations or frontline business teams.
- Experience documenting complex workflows and operational dependencies.
- Experience supporting migration, transformation, or change initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operations leaders and frontline staff to document current-state ( As-Is ) workflows.
