In this pivotal role, you will lead the application of Digital Twin capabilities to redesign, model, and govern enterprise processes across global teams. You’ll support the implementation of a real-time digital mirror of the organization’s operations, enabling strategic decision-making, system optimization, and process compliance across business units.

What You’ll Do:

Process Architecture & Governance
• Lead design of end-to-end processes using Lexmark’s standards and Digital Twin methodologies
• Guide and oversee a global team of EDT Designers to model processes from value stream to task level
• Conduct governance reviews and ensure compliance with modeling standards
