As a part of our ambitious Re-imagine Customer Service project, we are implementing a new Service Management system. You will play a key role in implementing this system into our Service organisation.
As Business Process Consultant you become a part of our Systems & Tools, Service & Solutions. Your primary workplace will be in our office in Budapest, Hungary, but must expect approximately 50 days yearly (regional and overseas).
