- Assists in analyzing requirements, researching enhancements, writing documentation, communicating updates, and fulfilling requests of the business operations area with the goal to provide and recommend solutions.
- May lead simple to complex projects in collaboration with team members.
**Requirements**:
- Organized. time management, research and communication skills
- Availability of weekly schedule of 48 hours from Monday to Friday
- Ability to use computers and programs such as Word/Excel
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing in English and Spanish.
