Business Process Engineer

At MPM we are looking for a Business Process Engineer to join our team You'll be working with one of our main clients, a global telecommunication company with strong presence in LATAM.

Job Purpose:

• The Business Process Engineer is responsible for the development and improvement of company processes and ensures that work processes consistently achieve established business objectives and performance requirements.

• Manages administrative, commercial, logical and technical business processes by Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing of opportunities to optimize the processes via enterprise-wide process changes, under the guidance of an objective, metric-driven decision-making framework.

• Contributes to policy making by Proposing changes or new elements in LLA policy, based on findings of research and analyses.
