About the Team
The Business Enablement & Solutions (BES) team enables operational efficiency by leveraging automation, process excellence, and technology-driven solutions. The team partners with Evangelists and Promoters across business functions to identify improvement opportunities and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.
BES focuses on simplifying, standardizing, and optimizing business processes, beginning with identifying unstructured or inefficient workflows and translating them into integrated technology solutions. The team also enables performance reporting, provides post-production support, and drives continuous improvement to ensure sustained value.
