O2C Process Excellence & SAP SD Expertise
Lead the design, optimization, and support of O2C processes, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, credit management, returns, and revenue recognition. Drive process standardization and automation initiatives to enhance commercial operations and customer experience.
Business Process Analysis & Transformation
Analyze current O2C and commerce processes, identify pain points, and propose innovative solutions for process improvement. Design scalable, efficient process flows to improve order fulfillment, invoicing accuracy, and revenue realization.
Cross-Functional Integration
Ensure seamless integration of O2C processes with related modules (MM, PP, FI/CO, PS) and commercial platforms for unified data flow and operational continuity. Collaborate with IT, sales, finance, and supply chain teams to align business requirements and system capabilities.
