Could you be the full-time Business Process Intelligence Specialist we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and process improvement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide transformation by identifying inefficiencies, enhancing automation, and supporting strategic decision-making. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance), lead value creation workshops, and deliver impactful analyses using tools like Celonis to support leadership decisions, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of designing and implementing process mining analyses, but also identifying digitalization potential across business functions.
We’ll look to you for:
Designing and implementing process mining analyses using Celonis
Identifying process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Spotting digitalization potential across business functions
Building and enhancing execution applications within Celonis
Leading value creation workshops and aligning improvement actions
Quantifying business and financial impact, presenting insights to leadership
All about you

Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience with SAP as a Super User / Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of SAP tables, configurations, and business processes (Finance, Controlling, MM, SD, PM, QM, HR, etc.)
Experience in digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical mindset and structured work ethic
Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS is a strong plus
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus
