YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the definition of the BPM KPIs as well as the improvement of the BPM Framework, Process Modelling Notation and the Business Process Management Guide

  • Further develop and the improve Business Process Architecture and support Process Owners and Senior Process and Data Manager in definition and documentation of the architecture of the process area

  • Design, model and document business processes (BPMN 2.0) with special focus on the business process templates. Review and approve business processes against defined quality criteria to drive the cross-functional harmonization of business process documentation across the Process Landscape

  • Provide consultancy to the Process and Data Organization in process architecture development and modelling, facilitate collaboration among BPM stakeholders to promote harmonized BPM practices and knowledge sharing including BPM trainings and development of training material...
