Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structured workshops to assess and document current and future‑state business processes.
  • Review and validate process documentation, ensuring readiness for implementation and change.
  • Guide fit–gap assessments and recommend process harmonization or enhancements where needed.
  • Evaluate the impact of process changes on policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Provide oversight and approval for solution designs and significant process updates.
  • Facilitate resolution of cross‑functional issues and drive alignment across stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in business process management, transformation, or related roles.
  • Leadership exposure in at least one large‑scale enterprise system implementation.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes (e.g., procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, record‑to‑report, logistics).
