Job Description

The Business Process Management Supervisor leads process optimization by collaborating with Key Users to document current workflows, design future-state processes, and ensure sustainable improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Document current and future processes in key areas (e.g., Finance).
  • Work with Key Users to define scope and objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements with action plans.
  • Analyze gaps, find root causes, and resolve issues.
  • Use data analysis to support decisions.
  • Recommend improvements to Process Owners.
  • Keep accurate records and best practices

Job Qualification and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting, or related fields
  • 1–2 years' experience in Process Excellence, Change Management, LEAN, or Six Sigma
