Business Process Manager

We are looking for an MPD Manager – Logistics who will serve as the end-to-end (E2E) process expert for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Logistics across all in-scope business units within SMRI. This is an Individual Contributor role that works closely with business units and support groups to drive process excellence and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the E2E process and systems subject matter expert for Warehouse Management Systems and Logistics
• Partner with the MPD VP to identify challenges, pain points, and improvement opportunities across current processes
• Lead and support process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency, controls, and scalability
• Assist in project managing multiple process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Units (Merchandising, Store Operations) and Support Groups (IT, MPD, Logistics, Finance/Accounting, etc.)
