**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Tracks supply chain metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain and operations initiatives, and regularly reports progress to senior management.
- Identifies inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the supply chain and operations processes, and reports them to senior individual contributors.
- Reviews performance on a regular basis to identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain strategies.
- Supports the experienced team members in the development of overall supply chain strategies in alignment with the long-term goals of the organization.
- Contributes to a project or cross-functional team as a member with peer reviewing role.
- Supports senior team members by performing ground work analysis used to create strategic supply chain solutions.
