Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced US IT Sales Lead to drive business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT services sales, client acquisition, account management, and team leadership. This role requires hands-on involvement in lead generation, proposal management, negotiations, and closing high-value IT services deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage US IT sales operations, focusing on IT services and staffing solutions
- Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of US clients (Direct Clients & MSPs)
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services, staffing, and consulting solutions
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and account management teams
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and prepare sales reports
- Stay updated with US IT market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing models
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in US IT Sales / Business Development
- Strong knowledge of IT services, IT staffing, and consulting models
- Proven track record of closing deals in the US market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms
- Ability to work independently in US shifts
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation tools
