:The opportunity:
The Quality Specialist will support the Global Sales organization by ensuring consistent application of quality assurance practices and continuous improvement methodologies. This role bridges operational excellence and customer satisfaction by embedding quality into sales processes, tools, and deliverables.Be the Single Point of contact for Marketing & Sales Global Organization, Process Flow and Value stream mapping.
How you'll make an impact:
You will audit Sales Processes to ensure adherence to global quality standards and policies.
You will monitor CRM Data Quality to validate accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of sales records, conduct Root Cause Analysis on sales process failures.
You will support Internal Quality Reviews and prepare documentation for audits, ensure Compliance with Regulatory Requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, GDPR) in sales documentation and comm...
