Business Process Transformation - PE

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operational process transformation projects, overseeing all phases from initial assessment through to implementation, utilizing PDCA methodology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform in-depth analysis of existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement using a data-driven approach
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including workflow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support process clarity and consistency
• Monitor project schedules and provide timely progress reports to senior management, leveraging strong presentation skills to communicate project status and outcomes
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of process improvements across the organization
