Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Own and maintain the Work Instructions (WI) and process documentation repository (e.g. SharePoint), including version control, governance routines, and audit readiness.
  • Create and update process maps, SOPs/Wis, templates, and control checks to ensure consistency across MSOL MEA Customer Care operations.
  • Facilitate periodic process reviews to validate adherence to standards and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for simplification.
  • Provide proposals for customer RFQs, including review of technical and commercial requirements, data sheets, model number validation/creation, buy-outs, pricing, lead time, sizing, and answering technical clarifications.
  • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting to provide timely, accurate visibility on KPIs, quality metrics and throughput.
