We are seeking a Business Process Consultant (f/m/d) for Delivery Quality Management in Cloud Application Services Delivery Center EMEA MEE within the CAS Family. 

About SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS): 

CAS provides a wide range of services for managing business process and application logic, data layers, application security, software releases, performance, integrations and adoption accelerator through a subscription. Our application experts are engaged in the Operating Phase (Run-phase) to understand customer’s needs, helping to define and scoping elements and outcomes aiming a delivery of service excellence.



We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to join our team. The role will play a crucial role in saving the CAS Delivery Quality esp. during customer transition and operating phase.


Furthermore the professional is supporting the Application Service Managers (ASM) during customer renewal phase.



 
As a Business Process Consultant for Delivery Quality Management you will:



• Be responsible for ensuring that the Delivery for all CAS customer in EMEA/MEE meet the highest standards of quality. (Monitoring of Delivery Quality KPIs, Analyzing and taking action)
• Collaborate with several stakeholders like Application Service Mangers in the organization to ensure high service quality and implementation of improvements


• Be responsible for the reporting to CAS Management
• Takeover projects for escalation prevention and improvements in the CAS organization
• Be responsible for the Renewal Rescue program in EMEA/MEE to safeguard and accelerate renewals

What you bring:



• Analytical thinking, recognition and understanding of coherencies and dependencies
• Knowledge in providing executive level summary of background and current situation at customers 
• Experience in data analyzing, reporting, presentation using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Hands-on experience in SAP Software and Systems
• Knowledge in Delivery support, ITIL and project management
• Excellent communication skills 
• Very good English-skills are a must
