What you'll do:

  • In this role, you'll develop tools and services that automate key processes in CoE Service Delivery, with a focus on CALM for Service and AI Assistance for Max Attention.
  • You’ll be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and ensuring the quality of product features that help scale and improve how SAP delivers services.
  • Your work will directly support the transformation of service innovations into reusable, productized solutions.
  • You’ll gain hands-on experience with SAP’s service models like MaxAttention and Enterprise Support, and apply Agile and DevOps principles to drive continuous improvement.
  • You’ll analyze and resolve complex software issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use modern technologies to build future-proof solutions that enhance customer outcomes.

    • What you bring :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (BE/BTech, MCA/MTech). 
  • 5-8 Years programming experience and in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
  • Solid Experience with modern development tools and frameworks (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Maven, Node.js) .
  • Practical work experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
  • Thorough understanding of automated testing, quality assurance, and code review processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication  and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Anchored in the Intelligent Service Delivery Hub and deeply integrated with SAP Cloud ALM for Service, our team focuses on developing scalable tools and services that streamline and automate CoE service delivery processes. We play a pivotal role in transforming field-driven innovations into standardized offerings, ensuring that customer-centric solutions are not only repeatable but also future-ready. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our contributions to AI Assistance for SAP MaxAttention, where we enable actionable insights and guided service execution through CALM-integrated AI capabilities. By bridging development with service strategy, we empower SAP’s most strategic engagements with intelligent, adaptive, and extensible solutions that maximize customer value.
