Qualifications:
Experience:
4+ years of experience in Program Management or Consulting, especially employee centric programs.
Experience managing large scale events and the branding/marketing needed along with it.
Proven track record of planning and leading strategic cross org initiatives.
Key Responsibilities –
Drive large scale Employee events such as Townhalls, Hackathons, All hands, conferences etc. to create delight and pride
Drive cross-organizational initiatives to land cultural tenets with the employees.
Be the advocate for Employees and their Experience with Leaders and all Partner teams- Partner with IT, Finance, Facilities, and Workplace teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
Support Site Leadership team in enabling a great work culture.
