BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage shipbuilding engineering projects, aligning resources, schedules, and priorities to achieve project objectives.
• Lead overall engineering project management for assigned shipbuilding projects, ensuring delivery within approved budget and timeline.
• Coordinate and integrate design and construction activities across technical and engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop, monitor, and control detailed project schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Lead and manage an integrated project engineering team comprising hull structural, outfitting, electrical, and marine engineers (basic and detail design).
• Perform and oversee engineering detail design, developing technical solutions to resolve engineering issues in compliance with contractual specifications and marine classification rules.
