  • Act as the primary interface between Business leaders and IT teams for assigned domains
  • Understand business strategy, priorities, pain points, and operational constraints
  • Own demand intake, prioritization, and alignment with IT capacity and strategy
  • Translate business needs into clear IT initiatives and delivery plans
  • Oversee application and infrastructure projects to ensure timely, effective delivery
  • Provide oversight of IT operations with focus on end-user experience and critical services
  • Build strong relationships and manage expectations across Business and global IT stakeholders
  • Track value realization, adoption, and ensure continuous alignment between Business and IT

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful BRM IT should have:

  • 10-15 years of experience as a Business IT Lead, IT Manager, IT Business Partner, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of both Applications and Infrastructure landscapes
  • Proven experience handling both IT projects and IT operations
  • Experience working in global, matrixed environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to translate and simplify technical topics for business audiences
