As a Business Relationship Manager, the candidate will:
  • Be managing and building trusted customer relationships from Developer to VP
  • Act in ownership mode for people, delivery and service line relationship.
  • Work closely with data platforms, analytics tools, AI/GenAI engagements
  • Have a general sense of urgency in communication & delivery matters with customers and have the ability to inculcate similar culture within your organization.
  • Work with portfolio management-accurate revenue projections, strategizing margin and offshore leverage, improvement plans, driving training plans of the team, aligned to customer needs.
    • Qualifications:
  • Engineering Graduates/MBA
  • Have Life Science domain experience
  • Have experience in managing T&M engagements.
  • Should have Proven leadership and People skills.
  • Experience working closely with data platforms, analytics tools, AI/GenAI engagements
