About the Role
Lead, coach and develop the Business Services team to ensure accountability and consistent high performance in managing document workflows, external correspondence, and daily operational tasks.
Review and optimise team workflows to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain clear reference materials and guides and quality controls to support consistent standards and best-practice service.
Understand and apply regulatory and business rules, including how the Business Services team works alongside other internal teams.
Manage and respond to internal and external requests, with a working knowledge of customer journeys through the debt lifecycle, account status, and related documentation.
Ensure all work is accurate, timely, and professional, maintaining quality standards and quality record keeping.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners through clear communication, organised follow-up and reliable delivery.
Use advanced Excel skills to validate information, identify process gaps and support operational decision-making.
About You
Strong administrative and operational coordination and workflow management experience.
Ability to understand and navigate external agreements, service terms and partner requirements.
Proven experience improving processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Pioneer professionally to external partners.
Organised, detail-focused, and committed to high-quality outputs and consistent standards.
Experienced in leading others, setting expectations and ensuring accountability within a small team.
Proficient in Excel, including using data to inform and optimise operational processes.
Experience in finance or another regulated industry is advantageous.
