Business Solutions Head

• Lead and shape the Manila Business Solutions Team. The team is consisting of business analysts, CMS/Configuration analysts and data scientist.
• Partner with global functional leaders in implementing and cascading best practices and quality working standards to achieve the highest product quality.
  • Balance the annual goals and objectives against the changing needs of the company's products/services
  • Oversee the overall quality of the functional delivery.
• Manages career development plan of the team to ensure Manila teams proficiency and competency scale up.
• Co-manage Manila Digital Solutions team with the AU leaders to ensure the team is integrated with all the Manila initiatives.
• Manage the teams financials and ensures expenditures are within the budget.
