Major Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Sales Pipeline Development & Management: Create, maintain, and nurture an authentic and healthy sales pipeline.
2. Order Booking & Business Plan Alignment: Track progress against business plans and achieve order booking targets as defined in the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
3. Compliance with Business Initiatives: Ensure adherence to ongoing business initiatives, sales processes, reporting requirements, and strategic priorities defined by leadership.
