Job Description

We are looking for a Strategy and Business Analyst/ Associate to join our Strategy&PMO office. This role will be responsible for driving core analytical work in strategy development, business performance analysis, and market research across globe.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of global mid- to long-term strategy, including industry trend studies and competitive landscape analysis, etc.
  • Design and drive key strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Build and refine the business performance analysis framework.
  • Track and analyze key business metrics, identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years working experience in a reputable consulting firm or in strategy / business analysis / research team in large internet or financial companies
  • Strong ability to define, structure, and solve complex business problems, such as strategy formulation , market research, and business analysis
  • Excellent communication capability, especially top-down and structured communication
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English to work with chinese and english speacking stakeholder
