Business Strategy & Operations Specialist

As a Business Strategy & Operations Specialist, you will help build the growth engine behind one of PERGOLUX ’s most important regions: North America. This is not a traditional sales role. Instead, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—working directly with the Country Manager to identify, prioritize, and deliver initiatives that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and EBIT improvement.

PERGOLUX is revolutionizing the outdoor-living market by delivering premium, Scandinavian-inspired pergolas at a fraction of the cost of custom-built solutions. Founded in Norway, we have already reached nine-figure revenue, achieved profitability, and grown to a global team of 250+ people across more than 15 countries.
