Founder’s Office – Business & Strategy Intern
Remote (India) | Full-Time | Magentic AI
Role Overview
This is a high-agency, execution-heavy role within the Founder’s Office, working directly with the founders to drive business execution and scale Magentic AI’s AI service verticals. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, product, and delivery—translating strategic direction into clear action plans and measurable outcomes. As an extension of the founders, you will manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent follow-through across multiple fast-moving workstreams. This is not a marketing role; it is a business-first, operations + strategy role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership end to end.
Key Responsibilities
Scale AI Automation, Recruitment, and Upskilling verticals
Build repeatable delivery, revenue, and ops processes
Coordinate execution across sales, delivery, product, and ops
Support client meetings, proposals, and end-to-end delivery
Track OKRs and drive measurable business outcomes
Create dashboards, reports, and leadership insights
Act as founders’ execution arm for priorities and follow-ups
Qualifications
1–4 years in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Ops, PMO, or Consulting
Experience working directly with founders or CXOs
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven cross-functional project execution experience
Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership-driven roles
Graduation required; MBA preferred but not mandatory
