  • Management of travel request and travel arrangement
  • Support timesheets and expense claims
  • Company travel and transport vendor management in liaison with Office Manager
  • Ad-hoc admin for new project set-up
  • External audit and corporate secretary liaison
  • Manager SG office emails – back up support
  • Other administrative support as and when required 

Business Generation / Bid or Proposal Support

  • Support CV converts and data maintenance
  • BAU bids and fee extensions
  • Case studies – coordinate with the team to update and complete case studies /Database maintenance for project case study
  • Database maintenance for project case study
  • Tracker- Maintain list of completed and ongoing projects
  • Support case studies updating and database maintenance
  • Fee letter preparation for extension
