- Management of travel request and travel arrangement
- Support timesheets and expense claims
- Company travel and transport vendor management in liaison with Office Manager
- Ad-hoc admin for new project set-up
- External audit and corporate secretary liaison
- Manager SG office emails – back up support
- Other administrative support as and when required
Business Generation / Bid or Proposal Support
- Support CV converts and data maintenance
- BAU bids and fee extensions
- Case studies – coordinate with the team to update and complete case studies /Database maintenance for project case study
- Database maintenance for project case study
- Tracker- Maintain list of completed and ongoing projects
- Support case studies updating and database maintenance
- Fee letter preparation for extension
