About the Role

As the Business Support Administrator, you will provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the members of your team. Reporting to The General Manager, your role integral to supporting the client services administration function of Pulse Anaesthetics, ensuring all patients, anaesthetics and surgeons receive exemplary service. This is a newly created position offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Duties

  • Act as a point of contact for team enquiries
  • Support and monitor the KPI’s of the team
  • Oversee day to day operations within the department
  • Provide estimate of costs of the anaesthetic service to patients
  • Collect pre-payments
  • Organise pre-operative visits and provide an estimate of fees
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation
  • Communicate with patients, medical rooms, and third-party providers
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with policies and high service standards

  • Ability to lead the team by example, motivate and inspire
  • Strong organisational, decision making and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Software Systems
