Business Support Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Perth, Scotland

Hours: 20 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum (pro rata)

Reporting to: CEO

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This role provides essential administrative and PA support to the CEO, Operations Director, and Finance Director, and plays a key part in keeping the organisation operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality administrative and PA support to the Executive Team
Manage diaries, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
Act as first point of contact for calls and visitors
Support general office administration, including an upcoming office relocation
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
