Job Description
The role of Business Support Assistant will include:
Various administrative role to enable our frontline staff to focus on our customers
Managing your own workload and review work being requested from schemes
Working through tasks in a co-ordinated approach and manner
Communicating with team members around various regions to ensure standards are maintained to a consistently high level
Supporting other areas of the team when required Experience of working in a similar role within a supported living or customer service setting would be advantageous
NVQ2 in Business and Administration or similar, or willing to work towards is desirable
Knowledge and experience of using SAP and other internal systems is desirable
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
A good level of experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office...
